Before I leave there, however, I would appreciate a little additional clarification in the ask by the AO from the assembly. If I read Let's say just use page 17 of that staff packet as an example. The top 7 lines of AO-2025-067, the first part of it asks the Planning and Zoning Commission to review district and neighborhood plans, and then it says, and recommend whether they should be advisory to the comp plan. So Part A of the question is, can you help the commission understand what it means to be advisory to the comp plan? And then Part B, the follow-on, it says, or make policy and budget recommendations to remedy, and then the language goes on.
