Um, one thing that stood out to me a little bit in this is that, um, You know, on page 6, it says the cabin is currently being used for gain as a short-term rental. So, you know, this applicant built this structure without getting a building permit, without getting a conditional use permit, and normally, you know, review of things like the septic, that all would have been caught at that time. Um, Now there is a septic system that sounds like isn't working very well. Now we have contaminated property.
