I also wanted to say thank you for Tidewater and am looking forward to seeing the success of this project and the collaboration with our city. It's a great opportunity to work together. Thank you. And also, last but not least, I wanted to welcome all of our Alaska neighbors who are becoming down or have already arrived for the wonderful annual dip netting extravaganza that will be right here in our fair city. So I hope that everyone gets abundance in their nets and safety to and back, to and fro.
