Maybe second. Yeah, um, seeing as no parties have come forth, uh, stating what direction, I don't see any reason not to go, uh, go forward with it. Yeah, I think it's well thought out, and I walked around it, struggled with, uh, getting my car parked in the wrong place there. Then they don't deliver food for us. So I think it's a good idea that we structure, uh, what we have back there, what we need back there, and then put it on record so it's real clear.
