Um, I'm a little bit at a disadvantage here because I was really struggling to get the Zoom, so I missed whatever comments may have been said during the public hearing. Um, and so I'm not sure if there was, you know, a whole lot of people who showed up in opposition to this or not. Um, so I am not the best informed, but overall I would say that there sounds like there have been a number of pretty serious concerns with this property, both with the sewer and in building without a permit. And, um, I, I guess I, I'm not opposed to, um, conditional use permits for accessory dwellings. Again, we seem to always be doing this with people who want to do short-term rentals, you know, fishing season.
