Sean, um, I mean, based on what the Public Works and the state are requesting to see, and I don't see the applicant here, um, I actually would not move to approve this. I would voted down. Um, I think if they were here, it would be better to hear from them how they were going to try to meet this conditional use permit and also adhere to the sewer and wastewater, like, the, the state and city laws. So, um, yeah, I would say no.
