Yeah, happy to speak to this one. Our team has been working really hard on this, and I've been really thankful how many different people in the agency we have that understand our current regulations but also understand what we do and how we can and may be able to shape those better to make them more efficient. As Commissioner Vincent Lang mentioned, you know, we do a lot of permitting really well. We have some of our cycle times literally down to less than a week. We have some of them down to, you know, 32 days, and 30 of that is a public notice period.
