The work we want to continue to do. This is both a performance, but also a statement, and sort of line in the sand, like, nope, we're still here, we're gonna be here, we're gonna continue pushing our art, and pushing what we can do with it, while we listen to our ancestors, and bring those traditions forward. So I just want to be clear that this is something that you will enjoy, that if you come, and you just want to cry, and listen to the music, great, but I think you'll also feel that history. Like, there's so much care put into that history, and we want to honor our elders and our ancestors for that. So, goodness, tsheesh.
