Since then, we've continued investing the former Ocean Beauty property, advancing engineering and design work, improving infrastructure, and developing plans that provide long-term benefits to the community. We also had very productive meetings today with borough and utility leadership and are continuing to move forward collaboratively, which I'm thankful for. A significant amount of discussion is focused on power availability. Rather than speculate, we are taking action. We are immediately funding a comprehensive study of the electrical system at our sole expense.
