With that, happy to take any questions that the board may have. So just for the public's confidence, the lack of questions here today does not mean that we have not fully vetted this budget. We had several meetings where we asked all sorts of questions that lasted several hours, and I know adjustments were made. So before I open it up for trustees' questions, You indicated that on August 14th, this budget was transmitted to Commissioner Earls and DOR.
