From the transcript

This bond package is being proposed at $87.95 because of the deferred maintenance, but there is a limitation on what we can actually ask of property taxpayers. So part of this conversation is the beginning of the full budget conversation and the review of what do we do about this and how do we change, what are our priorities, and what does that mean for the planning of this community and the investment within this community. And you as commissioners already do this work. You invest your time, your effort, your brains, and you have a very specific perspective and view on what you see on a regular basis in these meetings and what that means within the community. Part of this budget process is to understand what you think, but also what you can do from this commission.
