Um, I think that for me, I have a little bit of trouble seeing this, um, in isolation. Um, I think we've got much larger issues that this ties into about how our plans and our budgeting process connect. Um, and, uh, I think you'll notice for those of us seated on this commission that we don't often get to see a plan after it's adopted. So we, I think, could have a much stronger process to make sure that plans don't sit on a shelf after they've been adopted for us, for, you know, municipal staff, for those community members.
