90% Of the time no one gives us that because everybody likes their trees and they like their, you know, their privacy. So as much as possible, we try to get these things open. This year and last year we've been a) short on linemen. Carded linemen in the state is like trying to find diamonds. It's a very hard thing to do, it's a very specialized thing to do, and nobody wants to come to Tok to live here at 70 below zero working on lines.
