And then dumping dirt on top. Numerous pictures of trash being dumped down into Fleming Creek. Um, his sewage was being dumped into Fleming Creek originally when he started setting up this cabin. I contacted the city, um, they stopped him from dumping it openly into Fleming Creek and out into the water. So I just ask that if this does get approved, that, um, you continue to be diligent about watching his waste, uh, sewage, um, and garbage, because if he's going to be renting and creating more sewage and more waste— and I've seen it firsthand over the last couple years of what he does with it— so he doesn't have to pay, you know, actually bill.
