Echoing my prior question of staff, would appreciate some information on the background and current thoughts around long-term fiscal sustainability of maintaining this looks to be significantly improved facility that's going to draw hopefully a lot more users in a safe way. Um, before I let you answer the question, I will point out commonly known knowledge that Prospect Heights serves many of the same destinations that Basher does. Prospect Heights is, I believe, a fee-for-use state parking lot, so maybe consider that in your response. Thanks.
