As I said in my test— in my written testimony, China's threat is real, and what I would say, what they are doing with what I'll call counter-space and space superiority capabilities is breathtakingly fast. They have watched the Space Force and the Air Force before that and the activities that we have had to enable the joint force, and they have determined that they need to come up with capabilities to do that.
