The historical land use has been similar. The findings on criteria 2, that there are other short-term rentals in Woodlands subdivision, therefore the proposed use is in harmony with the current use of the neighborhood, is false as to our Part 1 neighborhood. This would be the first Airbnb in our Part 1 neighborhood. If there are other Airbnbs in other neighborhoods that are unpermitted, that's illegal and shouldn't be justification for this. If there are Airbnbs with COPs in Part 1, which we have a map of in our, in our presentation, that, you know, I didn't know about them, and that fact would support denial because approval of the COP will be a precedent.
