Um, I am confident the process was engaged as it's been engaged, frankly better than I've seen from my days like half a decade ago. I think this, uh, you know, the process and the, the amount of information that has been developed into this decision is better than it's ever been. But I think the direction of the decision gives me a lot of pause. I will be voting no, not that this is the wrong book for the choice that we have to make tonight, but that I think we as a board need to actually honor that the teacher's ability to teach should be less confined than this process was designed to build. Um, if I had to say where this source of, like, confinement came from, I saw it re-engineered under a previous superintendent, the one right before person sitting next to me.
