Once those things happen. And also, this does give you the opportunity to allocate more now for the needs that you're currently seeing. Yeah, absolutely. The only other thing I would add, just as a side note, as we're talking about the substitute memo, is I do appreciate the flexibility that was added to the FTE to include, you know, the counselor allocation potentially and/or building substitutes.
