So on the corner of, uh, Palmer Whistle and the Parks Highway, a few weeks ago they had some cameras set up for supposedly pedestrians walking and, uh, cars and stuff. And there was another camera set up there by Lowe's on that intersection. That's a state right-of-way. Does this ordinance prohibit those type of cameras? As a second-class borough, we cannot regulate the state's rights-of-way.
