Water Right Application LAS 36123 Public Comment Deadline

The Alaska Railroad Corporation, located at 327 W Ship Creek Ave, Anchorage, Alaska, has submitted a water right application to the state, designated as LAS 36123. The application was filed on July 2, 2026, in accordance with AS 46.15.133 and 11 AAC 93.080. The request pertains to an existing closed non-contact cooling system currently serving the historic Anchorage Railroad Depot building. The proposed water source for this system is an existing 365-foot deep well.
