Seward Port Avenue Pedestrian Underpass Project - Quote Deadline

The Alaska Railroad Corporation (ARRC) has issued a solicitation for construction services related to the Seward Port Avenue Pedestrian Underpass project. The scope of work involves completing the grading and paving of a walkway designed to allow pedestrian traffic to pass beneath Port Avenue. The project site has already been cleared and partially grubbed of debris.
