City of Bethel — City Council

The Bethel City Council is scheduled to convene on September 22, 2026, at 6:30 PM at City Hall. The agenda includes a public hearing for Ordinance 26-14, which proposes an amendment to the Bethel Municipal Code to allow for the rescheduling of council meetings that conflict with holidays. New business items include the introduction of Ordinance 26-15, concerning the acquisition of land rights-of-way from the heirs of Lena Phillip and Kayana Swope, and Ordinance 26-16, which proposes the lease of city-owned property (U.S. Survey 3230 A and B, Block 7, Lots 16-21) to Alaska Directional.
