All August land-use cases postponed to September meetings

Every land-use case on the Planning and Zoning Commission's August docket has been postponed, according to a public notice from the commission.

The items will instead be taken up at the commission's September work session on Sept. 9, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., and at its September regular meeting on Sept. 16, 2026, at 6:30 p.m.

"We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause," the notice said.

The notice does not list which cases are affected or give a reason for the delay. It also does not say whether testimony already submitted on the August items will carry forward to the September dates.
