Alaska abuse-reporting system offline Friday through Saturday 6 p.m.
Alaska's standard digital channel for reporting abuse, neglect, or exploitation of vulnerable adults goes offline tonight and stays down through Saturday evening while contractor Wellsky performs system updates.
The Alaska Division of Senior and Disabilities Services says the Harmony database and the Centralized Reporting System Report of Harm web intake form will be unavailable from 6 p.m. AKST Friday, July 10 through 6 p.m. AKST Saturday, July 11. Harmony users will not be able to access the database, and the online Report of Harm form will be unavailable during the update. Mandated reporters are required by state law to file within 24 hours of learning of harm.
