You know, doing this together has been something that was brought up 2 years ago in Dinakanaga in Galena. I visited with the different boards and I talked with Eugene and how we can help our elders, and Eugene and other leadership jumped on it right away so that they knew They knew how important it is for us to give back to our elders, so I really want to thank our partners for making this a reality. This effort truly reflects that we can accomplish anything when we work together. I'd like to take a moment to again introduce our partners who are joining us today and helping make this event possible. Amy Galloway, who is the Deputy Chief of Staff for the FNSB.

And also thanks to Morgan, who is going to be typing up everything, and also to our IT, Kevin and Dave, who are assisting in the room today for this live event. We're going to have 2-hour project drawings, and we'll begin our first round of drawings for 2-hour projects. These are typically smaller projects or quick assistance such as technology help, installing small safety items like grab bars, assistance with forms or organizing. We will be drawing 10 names for these projects. As we draw each name, we want to congratulate our elders and thank them for allowing us the opportunity to serve them.

[APPLAUSE] We appreciate all the volunteers who have committed time to participate in this, and again, congratulations to all the elders whose names were drawn today. And we know that we couldn't do all the projects and people who had submitted this year, but we're happy that we're able to commit for years to come, and thank you for submitting your names. Our teams will be reaching out directly to coordinate your projects and ensure that we're prepared for your needs on July 13th. And again, to all the elders who signed up, even if your name was not drawn this time, please know how much you are appreciated and valued. Thank you.

If you are watching today and would like to get involved, we encourage you to sign up to volunteer for Elders Day of Caring. You can find the volunteer sign-up link on TCC's website.

Www.tananachiefs.org or TCC's Facebook page. The other thing I would also like to share, even if this is the Fairbanks drawing, we're also participating or coordinating an event in your communities. We've asked our employees out in the rural communities to coordinate and create projects to be done in your rural community. And we've also asked that snacks and stuff for lunch be sent out to your communities. So we're coordinating here to help you to get an Elders Day of Caring on the same day.
