Good evening everyone, it is now 6:30. Unfortunately, we currently don't have a quorum. Um, I think I'm going to give it a couple more minutes and see if another board member shows up. If not, we're going to have to postpone this. Unfortunately, if we do postpone, which seems likely, it would tentatively be June 17th.
