Yes, Chair, this is Jason Norris.
Go ahead. Yes, unfortunately I will not be able to stay on for the entire meeting and will need to excuse myself at the top of the hour. Okay, thank you.

The petitioner before this board has appealed platting cases that my firm was the representative on in the past, but I have no financial or personal interest in this case and can remain impartial. Can I have a— if there— is there an objection to having Mr. Craig Bennett participate this evening?
Seeing and hearing none, you are directed to participate.

And Mr. Norris, if you want to leave now since you can't stay for the entire meeting, Uh, you're welcome to do that.
Thank you, Chair. I'll be signing off. Have a good evening. Thank you.
So no appearance requests, no unfinished business, uh, nothing on the regular agenda, which brings us to public hearings. We have one case, Case 2025-0140, uh, petitioner Mr. Rob and Gina Brown, petitioner or the petitioner's representative, available?
He indicates so. Will the staff please describe the notice given in this case?
Oh, short board, excuse me. So without Mr. Norris, we are down to 5.
And when there is a short 5-member board or commission and a postponement Postponement is offered to the petitioner.
So if you would come forward and state your name for—. Yeah, hi, my name is Ron Thompson with SCO Permitting and Engineering, and yes, we are requesting to postpone for a future meeting. Okay. For a larger board. Hopefully.
Yeah. We have some meet— some time to meet with the municipality next week, and so we want to discuss some more things with them before we come before the board. Okay, so do I need a motion? Nope. All right, thank you, Mr. Tuck.
Sorry to make you guys all come out for that little short thing.
Okay, so that's end of public hearings. No reports. I don't have a report. Do you have a report? Do we have anything for next month?
Do you know? Okay, there will be a February meeting, and this is Mr. Hill's last meeting.
We're very sad to see you go. What a way to leave. Better than not.
No committees. Any other board member comments?
Move to adjourn. Okay, second? Second. Okay, the Bennetts have moved and seconded adjournment. We are adjourned.
The season which I have to cling. It's all these things that I tell myself while I keep acting like nobody else.
