Here. You have a quorum. Thank you. Thank you. First item on the agenda, the approving the minutes of Monday, March 3rd and March 10th.
Is there a motion to approve the minutes?
Moved.
Is there a second? Second. Tim. Motion is moved and seconded. Any discussion or corrections?
Hearing none, are there any objections? Hearing none, minutes are approved.
Uh, any commissioners have any items to disclose?
I'll start. Um, Scott was absent for RESO 2025-004 and will abstain from voting on that on the consent agenda.
Thank you, Commissioner Polis. Any other commissioners wishing to just make any disclosures?
Hearing none, we'll move on to the consent agenda. Is there a motion to approve the consent agenda? We do have to approve— oh, um, there's a chair point of order. We do have two other disclosures. Jim and Greg Needed to disclose that they missed March 10th meeting.
OK, let's back up. Commissioner Winchester, can we— yes, I'm here. Disclosure. I missed the March 10th meeting. I will abstain from participating in that case.
And approving those minutes. The minutes and the cases. The minutes are fine, it's just to consent agenda. Okay, thanks. Commissioner Streich?
Yes, likewise. I was absent from the same meeting.
Thank you.
All right, now we'll move on to the consent agenda. Is there a motion to approve the consent agenda?
I move.
Second? Second. Looking for a second. Okay, that motion is moved and seconded. Anybody wishing to pull any items for discussion?
Um, going once, going twice. Alrighty, hearing None. Are there any objections to the consent agenda?
Uh, hearing none, consent agenda is approved. Next item, any commissioner comments?
And if there's no commissioner comments, I'll entertain a motion to adjourn.
So moved. Second. All righty, any discussion? Any objection? Hearing none, that concludes the meeting.
Thank you.
