But nevertheless, the mechanism in Louisiana through this industrial tax exemption program represents, well, up to an 80% reduction in property tax for 10 years. In reality, with different negotiated arrangements, many of these projects have a full property tax holiday for 10 years, after which the regular tax comes back in and becomes payable.
