Lake Minchumina Fish and Game Committee to Meet April 17

The Lake Minchumina Fish and Game Advisory Committee will meet Friday, April 17, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. by web and phone conference to discuss wildlife proposals and receive updates from state biologists.

The committee will consider submitting proposals to the Alaska Board of Game for the 2026-2027 regulatory cycle. Members will also hear updates from Alaska Department of Fish and Game staff and address other fisheries and wildlife business.

Lake Minchumina is a remote community about 180 miles northwest of Anchorage, accessible only by air or water. The advisory committee represents local hunters and anglers in discussions about fish and game regulations.
