SBA 8(a) Program Rule Comment Period Deadline

Public comment period closes on the Small Business Administration's proposed rule to change eligibility standards for individually owned firms in the 8(a) Business Development Program. Comments must be submitted by this date; the rule does not apply to Alaska Native corporation-owned businesses.
