The U.S. Air Force 353rd Combat Training Squadron (CTS) requires specialized contractor support for the Red Flag-Alaska 26-3 exercise, scheduled for 12-28 August 2026. The contractor must provide subject matter experts (SMEs) to perform tactical control, threat emulation, mission data validation, and intelligence integration within the Joint Pacific Alaska Range Complex (JPARC).
Key contractor responsibilities include executing two daily exercise vulnerability periods (vuls), providing adversary Ground Based Air Defense (GBAD) and simulated Integrated Air Defense System (sIADS) integration, and conducting real-time assessment of air-to-surface weapons. The contractor is also required to provide proprietary software capable of validating munitions with 99% accuracy and delivering graphical impact data within 2 hours and 15 minutes of mission termination.
Personnel must possess experience equivalent to a USAF Instructor or Weapons Officer. All contractor employees must hold a final adjudicated Top Secret clearance at the time of award, with SCI and SAP access required for key personnel within 60 days of contract award. The contract designates specific key roles, including Airboss, Lead Intelligence Support, and SAM-1.
