Railbelt Transmission Organization Technical Subcommittee Meeting

The Railbelt Transmission Organization (RTO) has scheduled a meeting for its Technical Subcommittee on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at 8:00 AM. The meeting will be held via teleconference through the Alaska Energy Authority, located at 813 West Northern Lights Blvd. in Anchorage, Alaska. According to the notice, the meeting is not open to the public. The RTO bylaws specify that open meeting provisions do not apply to subcommittee sessions. The subcommittee serves in an advisory capacity only. It is restricted to providing recommendations to the RTO’s Governance Committee and lacks the authority to establish policies or make formal decisions on behalf of the organization. The RTO Governance Committee meetings remain open to the public.
