The Anchorage Planning Department has recommended approval of a design variance for a property located at 1016 West 6th Avenue. No public comments were received following the mailing of 417 notices on June 16, 2026, and no objections were raised by reviewing agencies. The recommendation for approval is subject to conditions, including the requirement to record a notice of zoning action with the State of Alaska District Recorder’s Office within one year.
