About this event

The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities (DOT&PF) has proposed to extend Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) ADA-72934. This agreement pertains to various locations situated at the St. Marys Airport. The proposed extension period for MOA ADA-72934 is an additional 20 years. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is identified as the applicant for this extension. Under the terms of the agreement, the annual rent is set at $0. Written comments must be submitted and received by 4:30 p.m. on June 5, 2026. Following this deadline, the Department will make a determination on whether or not to proceed with the extension of the Memorandum of Agreement.
