State seeks vendors for vending machines in Juneau government buildings

The Alaska Department of Labor is accepting proposals from contractors to provide vending machine services in state and federal government buildings in the Juneau area. Proposals are due by 2:00 p.m. on April 27, 2026.

The Division of Vocational Rehabilitation's Business Enterprise Program oversees vending machines in buildings that are owned, leased or occupied by state or federal agencies, as well as other properties determined by the program.

Contractors would be responsible for stocking and maintaining vending machines at multiple locations throughout Juneau. The state has provided detailed requirements including commission schedules, collection and stocking schedules, monthly accounting forms, and inventory specifications.

Interested vendors must submit cost proposals and meet surety deposit requirements. The contract includes specific terms for goods and non-professional services under standard state contracting procedures.
