Fish and Game committee meets April 30 on Yukon salmon proposals

The Tanana Rampart Manley Fish and Game Advisory Committee will meet April 30 at 10:00 am to discuss proposals on Yukon River salmon stocks and submit comments to the Board of Fisheries.

The committee will review proposals 189-191 regarding traditional knowledge reports and Stock of Concern Action Plans for Yukon River Chinook and fall chum salmon. Comments are due to the Board of Fisheries by April 30. The committee will also discuss submitting proposals to the Board of Game for the 2026-2027 cycle, with a May 1 deadline.
