State seeks proposals for Juneau office building roof repairs

The Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities is accepting proposals through May 14 for roof improvements and repairs at the State Office Building at 333 Willoughby Avenue in Juneau.

The selected contractor will inspect the existing roof, recommend repairs, develop bid documents, estimate costs, and provide construction administration services. The work is expected to run from June 2026 through October 2028, with professional service costs estimated under $200,000.

Proposal packages will be available April 23 at the DOT&PF plans room at 4111 Aviation Avenue in Anchorage. Out-of-area firms can request packages by calling (907) 269-0408. A downloadable version will be posted at https://ui.bidx.com/ALASKA/lettings.

Proposals must be submitted by 4:00 p.m. on May 14, 2026. The project is listed as IRIS No. SPFAC00668.
