Sourcewell seeks vendors for law enforcement equipment contract

Sourcewell, a Minnesota government purchasing cooperative, is accepting proposals through June 16, 2026, for a contract to supply law enforcement equipment to public agencies across the United States and Canada.

The contract would allow thousands of government entities, schools, nonprofits, and tribal governments to purchase law enforcement equipment through Sourcewell's cooperative purchasing program. Alaska agencies can participate in Sourcewell contracts.

Proposals are due by 3:30 p.m. Central Time on June 16, 2026. The full request for proposals will be available April 28, 2026, at 6:00 a.m. on the Sourcewell Procurement Portal.

Only proposals submitted through the Sourcewell Procurement Portal will be considered. Late proposals will not be accepted.

Sourcewell is a service cooperative created under Minnesota law that provides cooperative purchasing contracts for government and nonprofit organizations. The cooperative allows participating entities to purchase goods and services without conducting their own competitive bidding processes.

The State of Alaska Department of Administration published the notice on behalf of Sourcewell. Questions about the solicitation should be directed through the Sourcewell Procurement Portal.
