National Guard seeks bids for Wasilla armory roof repair

The Alaska Army National Guard is accepting bids to repair wind damage on the roof of the Alcantra Armory in Wasilla. Bids are due by 1 p.m. Alaska time on May 5, 2026.

The Department of Military and Veterans Affairs Facilities Management Office will hold a pre-bid walk-through on April 23, 2026, at 2 p.m. at the armory, located at 3401 E. Bogard Road in Wasilla. Contractors interested in attending should register with the project manager at least 48 hours in advance to receive directions and any schedule changes.

The project involves recovering and repairing the armory roof. Late bids will be rejected.

Contractors who download the solicitation from the state's online public notice website should contact the project manager directly to receive any amendments or changes to the bid documents. All updates will be sent by email to registered bidders.
