Alaska Juvenile Justice Advisory Committee to meet Jan. 29

The Alaska Juvenile Justice an unnamed participant will hold its quarterly meeting Jan. 29 at noon Alaska time via Zoom.

The committee advises the state Department of Family and Community Services on juvenile justice policy and programs. The meeting is open to the public.

AJJAC members review federal grant applications, monitor compliance with federal juvenile justice standards, and make recommendations on youth detention and rehabilitation programs across Alaska.
